We had a fantastic family vacation at this beautiful location. The accommodation at La Residence was perfect for us, with great amenities like a jumping castle, pool, little library, playground, and fitness course that kept our kids entertained. The staff, especially Olivier, were friendly and went above and beyond to help us plan our stay and book our next leg of the journey. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We found the self catering apartment to be of the highest standard and the leisure facilities excellent. Although we only stayed one night we were very happy with it.

The check in time is 5:00pm and we arrived by bicycle at about 2:00pm. Fortunately someone was exiting the code operated gate and we were able to get into the complex and change to use the pool for the time we had to wait for reception to open at five.

Lack of clarity in contract regarding short stay guests vis a vis sheets/towels etc...arriving at a Hotel for two nights we were not expecting to supply linen! Only discovered problem after office closed at 8pm a few minutes after our arrival following 12 hour car journey..... Website not a all clear about the extra charges in additional to agreed room rates... Giles R

We had an amazing time at this hotel in a beautiful vineyard setting. The accommodation was perfect for our family, and there were so many activities for the kids to enjoy, like the pool and playground. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We also loved the location, with Carcassonne and the sea just a short drive away.

We were 3 cyclists who stayed 1 night on the Canal du midi.we arrived on a Sunday evening, and were very weary and hungry. The receptionist was most helpful and took us to Homps and made arrangements with the resaurant manager to get us back to the hotel after the meal. We were most grateful to her, and she needs to be praised for going beyond the call of duty and helping us so much.u

The hotel was most difficult to find even though it was very close to the canal. There are no signs or directions. No food except breakfast

The inn is strategically located near the famous canal and offers easy access to several nearby historical monuments. The apartments have spacious balconies providing beautiful views of the area. The outdoor pool is a standout feature, perfect for a refreshing dip on sunny days.

The checking in process could be improved by enhancing customer service.

Roomy self catering apartment though we thought we were booking a hotel room. It was where we wanted to be.

We booked a hotel room for 2, we got a self catering "studio" with two beds in a tiny, doorless "room" and a sofa bed in the sitting room. Beds were not made nor the room tidied or cleaned during our 2-night stay. The set up is not an hotel.

The swimming pool was fantastic, with a beautiful outdoor area perfect for relaxing under the sun. We also enjoyed the picturesque location near the canal and the easy access to bike rentals and local restaurants. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

While the apartments were modern and had large terraces, they lacked in comfort and storage space. We were also surprised by the extensive list of cleaning requirements, which included cleaning everything from the microwave to the garden furniture.

Great location by Canal du Midi, between Carcassonne and Narbonne close to excellent wine regions of Minervois and Corbiere. Good facilities for families with indoor & outdoor pools; frre wifi and free parking. A good activity location.

We were not informed that bed making was required; this annoyed my wife. We paid €5/day for tv too, an irritation, but otherwise this apart hotel is excellent value.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. the location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and with the canal just a short walk away. It was so peaceful and serene. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. And finally, the rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed, including basic amenities and all the facilities necessary for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, like the separate bedroom area separated by a curtain, providing some privacy. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, providing a great start to our day.

The apartment that I stayed in was spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor pool area is nice. It is very nice to have a bbq available for the quests.

This place has a good, tranquil location and a lot of potential, but unfortunately, the complex is not very well maintained. There's room for improvement in the details. I was not impressed with the light fittings hanging off the ceiling, sockets hanging off the walls, ants crawling all over the floors, kitchen counters, shelves and food. Shower floods onto the bathroom floor making it very slippery and it can be dangerous to young children. Cleanliness of the apartments and pool water could be better. Having a toilet roll holder in the toilet would be a good improvement for a hotel like establishement.

I also loved the attention to detail, with curtains separating the main area from the sleeping quarters, providing added privacy. The breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to the day.
